St John Brigade
Discover how North Vista's St John Brigade trains cadets in first aid, community service, and leadership through a rich and varied programme.

The North Vista St John Brigade is committed to promoting health, safety and well-being in the school community. Our cadets undergo rigorous training to respond effectively to medical emergencies and in assisting injured individuals. Through first aid and home nursing lessons, cadets develop confidence in administering first aid in practical situations.
Our cadets are also actively involved in contributing back to the community. Cadets are deployed as first aiders during school events and have gone the extra mile to volunteer at external events. The North Vista St John Brigade cadet experience is complete by undergoing courses outside the traditional curriculum, such as shooting and kayaking courses.
These exciting programmes develop their leadership and management skills and enhance the secondary school experience for cadets.
