Brief History of 德新

1956 |
Began as Gan Eng Seng Government Chinese Middle School, among the first government Chinese medium secondary school |

1958 |
New campus at Thomson Road, renamed Thomson Government Chinese Middle School |

1969 |
Became Thomson Secondary School, expanded pathways and holistic education |

2000 onwards |
Relocated to Sengkang as North Vista, 德新 retained to honour our roots |
